Welcome to the Farm!
Welcome to Castorfolk, where nature, community and sustainability meet. We are a married couple who has always dreamed of living a simpler, more connected lifestyle. Our vision is coming to life right here on our first generation farm, where we are dedicated to restoring the land to its natural roots while providing our community with fresh, local and handmade goods.
Inspired by the hardworking and resourceful beaver, we strive to create a farm that mirrors the balance and ingenuity of nature. Just like the beavers who build and shape their surroundings with care, we are restoring our farm to a thriving, self-sustaining ecosystem.
At Castorfolk, we offer vibrant, handpicked flowers, free-range eggs, grass-fed beef, and other handmade goods. Our farm is a labor of love and we invite you to join us on this journey of renewal and growth.
Whether you’re here for fresh cut flowers, eggs, or to take home some delicious, responsibly raised beef, you’re supporting a farm that’s committed to healthy living, and strengthening local connections.
Thank you for being a part of our story. We look forward to sharing the fruits of our labor with you!

We sell the flowers you can’t find at the grocery store! We are working on clearing the area that will be our garden rows. Flowers coming soon!
Farm Eggs
Our flock is arriving sometime in March 2025. Our chickens will be free-range in our pastures. When they start laying eggs we will have some available at our farmstand later this summer!
Grass-Fed Beef
We plan on getting our herd home this spring. First we need to work to repair the old fences and clear them of honeysuckle. Beef will be availabe in a year or two after we grow them up on our pasture!
Handmade Goods
One of a kind, quality sewn items will be for sale in our on our Farm Store page! Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when these goods drop.
Vegetables
Our goal this year is to grow most of the vegetables we eat throughout the year and preserve by canning or dehydrating! If we have excess veggies they will be for sale at our farmstand.
Farm Events
